My stay at the hotel was a disappointment. Despite friendly service, the rooms were below average and overpriced. The location is good for exploring the area but lacks maintenance in certain areas.

The hotel offers clean and bright rooms with views over the promenade and sea, but the size might be more suited for a single occupant. The service is accommodating, with very lovely staff and a great breakfast room. The location is excellent, right on the seafront in the Mumbles, perfect for walking and enjoying the beach. Dining is served by excellent staff, although other dining options nearby are recommended. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement in pricing.

The hotel's location was good, right by the seafront with a view of the car park opposite. The room I stayed in was very small but kept clean and tidy. However, it did feel dark and somewhat depressing inside due to black mold in the ensuite, peeling paint off the ceiling, and unravelling carpet.
